Who we are
This website is run by Pinabo Ltd ("Pinabo", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales . We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at hello@pinabo.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), where your holiday let is, how many lets you have, how guests book with you, a rough income band (optional), your booking software and rates status (optional), how you'd like to talk, and any message.
When you ask for one of our free guides we collect your name, email address, which guide you want, whether you own a holiday let (optional), and whether you'd like further emails from us.
For both forms we also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, and the country your connection came from (not your full IP address). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person sent the form; it does not use cookies to track you.
The commission calculator on this website runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us.
How we use it, and our legal basis

We will never sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf under contract:
- Cloudflare – hosts this website, stores enquiries securely, provides the spam check and delivers our notification emails.
- Google Workspace – our business email and files.
- Zoho – our customer records system. Enquiries and guide requests are added to it, and it sends the guides by email.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a member, we delete your enquiry or guide request automatically after two years. If you do, we keep your information for as long as you're a member and then as long as the law requires (for example, six years for financial records).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add any in future, we will ask for your permission first.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@pinabo.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
